What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on most orders of $99 or more, sent by UPS Ground, and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Ground orders may take 1-5 days depending on the delivery address. Orders under $99 are shipped by courier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS, in the contiguous United States are charged $9.99. Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii orders are shipped at an additional charge.
All shipments in excess of 70 lbs. are shipped via freight line, i.e. delivery truck. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to unload all merchandise from the rear of the delivery truck. If lift-gate service is needed to lower merchandise to the ground, there is an additional charge.
Vocational technical schools and their academic programs may offer onsite delivery with reduced/free shipping costs. If you are a student at any of our partner institutions, please consult your program's administration, including your instructors, for more information.
Will I need to pay sales tax?
Ram Tool is a registered retailer in the following states and must collect sales tax on all items sold unless provided with a valid exemption. Please check back for updates or contact us with any questions. Ram Tool charges sales tax on shipments made to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Will you price match?
We will meet or beat any delivered price on any in stock tool nationally advertised by any authorized internet retailer. Simply inform us of the competitor and their price. Does not include closeouts, backorders, or discontinued items. After verification, we will happily meet their delivered price. Not applicable past 30 days of purchase date.
What if I'm not satisfied with my product? Warranty claim?
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in its original unused condition for a full refund or replacement. New merchandise returned after the 30-day period shall be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If a tool is received damaged by the carrier, call us immediately. If the shipment is from a trucking company, either refuse the shipment, or be sure to have the driver note the damage or shortage on the waybill before accepting it, then call customer service at (888) RAM-TOOL or send a text message to (205) 272-8338.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can checkout without creating an account. However, if you choose to create an account, the next time you shop with us, you won't have to enter your name and address information again, which will save you time. We do not store credit card information for security reasons, and never rent, sell, or distribute any customer information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Klarna.
Payment options, such as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal, are in active development and will be available soon.
