Is there any freight charge?
We offer Free Freight on most orders of $149 or more, sent by UPS ground, shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $149 shipped by courier (e.g., UPS) in the contiguous U.S. are charged $9.99. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii orders are shipped at an additional charge.
All shipments in excess of 70 lbs. are shipped via freight line (truck). Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to unload all merchandise from the rear of the truck (with the exception of Generac Generators and Delta Unisaws, for which we provide free liftgate service). If liftgate service is needed to lower merchandise to the ground, there is an additional charge. Please call for shipping charges on generators over 20 kw. Generators and Unisaws cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States.
Orders to be delivered outside of the United States or Canada or to a P.O. Box can only be placed over the phone at 954-792-4403. You must call or email us for a freight quote. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees involved in importing merchandise into their home country. For mail orders, we accept most major credit cards as well as cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Business and personal checks will be accepted as well, but will be held for 10 business days prior to the order being shipped.
International Tool charges sales tax on shipments made to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

What is your low price guarantee?
We will meet or beat any delivered price on any in stock tool nationally advertised by any internet authorized reseller. Simply inform us as to who the competitor is, and their price. Does not include closeouts, backorders or discontinued items. After verification, we will happily meet their delivered price. Not applicable past thirty days of purchase date.
What if I'm not satisfied when I receive my order?
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in its original unused condition for a full refund or replacement. New merchandise returned after the 30-day period shall be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If a tool is received damaged by UPS, call us immediately. If the shipment is from a trucking company, either refuse the shipment, or be sure to have the driver note the damage or shortage on the waybill before accepting it, then call customer service at 1-800-338-3384. We cannot accept any gas equipment returns for any reason after gas is placed in the machine.
Return Policy for Generators and Transfer Switches:
Returned merchandise must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please call 1-800-338-3384 to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of receiving your generator. This RMA number must accompany your return.
All returned merchandise must be received by us in new and undamaged condition, in its original factory packaging, including all literature, instructions and original accessories. We cannot process generator returns where gasoline was put in the unit.
Refunds are issued with a 20% restocking charge deducted, and minus actual shipping cost originally included in the selling price of the generator or transfer switch.
Returns are not accepted on damaged or used items, special orders or on incomplete units.
We cannot accept any gas equipment returns for any reason after gas is placed in the machine.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can checkout without creating an account. However, if you choose to create an account, the next time you shop with us, you won't have to enter your name and address information again, which will save you time. We do not store any credit card information for security reasons, and never rent, sell or distribute any customer information.

What is the MILWAUKEE Reconditioned Tool Warranty?
FACTORY RECONDITIONED PRODUCT:
Any Milwaukee reconditioned product has been reconditioned by Milwaukee factory personnel. It has been inspected to determine the full extent of repair required in meeting all Milwaukee performance specifications – it has been fully mechanically & electrically tested to assure it meets Milwaukee and Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. & Canadian Standards Association agency standards for safety.
Reconditioned product may show evidence of prior use and/or contain some external blemishes. It is warranted to be free of defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase – see full RECONDITIONED PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY below for details.
RECONDITIONED PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
Every MILWAUKEE Reconditioned productis warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on a reconditioned product which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. Return of the reconditioned product and a copy of proof of purchase to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured; are required for this warranty to be effective. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. THIS WARRANY SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR OR OTHER WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN ANY OPERATOR’S MANUAL OR OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS RECONDITIONED PRODUCT.
Warranty Registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a MILWAUKEE product. The reconditioning date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.
MILWAUKEE does not cover return freight or labor charges associated with the inspection and testing of reconditioned product that is found by MILWAUKEE not to be a valid warranty claim. A valid warranty claim must be substantiated by the discovery of defective material or workmanship by MILWAUKEE.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE RECONDITIONED PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MILWAUKEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, OR FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS.
