Two sealed lead screws with adjustable gibs, keepthe table true when making height adjustment. Standard-equipment knife-setting gage is included for accurately setting the three-knife cutterhead - The chip breakers and pressure bar may be lifted for making blade changing even easier. Massive gear box uses large chain drive to power the sectional serrated steel infeed roller and large polyurethane outfeed roller for maintaining a positive feed. Sectional serrated steel infeed roll with sectional chip breakers for planing uneven stock. Large-diameter, micro-adjustable bed roll lever easily raises and lowers bed rolls for quick set-ups. Hinged side panel access doors make it easy to change feed rate speed from 20 to 30 feet per minute.
