UPS ground orders over $99.00 shipped within the 48 contiguous states have NO freight charge - limited time offer! Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii orders are shipped at an additional charge. All orders shipped through the Postal Service are subject to freight charges. All shipments in excess of 70 lbs. are shipped via freight line (truck) and are subject to a $40.00 freight charge. Shipments in excess of 150 pounds are subject to a $99.00 freight charge. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to unload all merchandise from the rear of the truck. If liftgate service is needed to lower merchandise to the ground, there is an additional charge. Most orders are shipped the same day, if the items are in stock, and if the order is received by 1:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Stock on an item can be verified by calling 1-800-338-3384. Next Day & Second Day Air Service is available and rates are based on the weight of the shipment. Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders. INTERNATIONAL ORDER NOTE: If you are placing an order to be delivered outside of the United States, or to an APO or AFP address, you cannot pay with a credit card and use the online shopping cart. You must call 1-800-338-3384 or fax in your order at 954-792-3560, then mail payment in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties involved in importing merchandise. For mail orders, we accept most major credit cards as well as cashier's checks or money orders. Business and personal checks will be accepted as well, but will be held ten business days prior to the order being shipped. Placing An OrderHow can I place an order? In the billing address field, you must enter the name and address that your credit card statements are mailed to, exactly as shown on the statement, including punctuation and spaces. Then, you can enter your separate shipping address in the shipping field. If you have trouble, you can reach us at 1-800-338-3384. What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,Optima card or Paypal as payment. International orders must be paid by cashier's check, money order or Paypal. What is the status of my order? However, if you choose to create an account, the next time you shop with us, you won't have to enter your name and address information again, saving time. We do not store any credit card information for security reasons, and never rent, sell or distribute any customer information. We will meet or beat any delivered price on any in stock tool nationally advertised by a competitive mail order company. Simply inform us as to who the competitor is, and their price. Does not include closeouts, backorders or discontinued items. After verification, we will happily meet their delivered price. Not applicable past thirty days of purchase date. What if I'm not satisfied when I receive my order? In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in it's original unused condition for a full refund or replacement. New merchandise returned after the 30 day period shall be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If a tool is received damaged by UPS, call us immediately. If the shipment is from a trucking company, either refuse the shipment, or be sure to have the driver note the damage or shortage on the waybill before accepting it, then call customer service at 1-800-338-3384. Who is International Tool?Can I buy a gift certificate?You can purchase gift certificates in any dollar amount and either have them sent directly to yourself or the recipient. Do you carry parts?We do not carry repair parts, such as brushes, handles, switches, etc. We do carry accessories, such as batteries, chargers, cases, various attachments. If you need repair parts for your tool, you need to contact the tool manufacturer or their service center directly. What is your privacy policy?We never rent, sell or swap our customer names, and you will never receive mail from others as a result of buying from us, or requesting a catalog. |
