Shipping Policy
Is there any freight charge?
We offer Free Freight on most orders over $199, sent by UPS ground, shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $199 shipped UPS ground are charged actual UPS rates. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii orders are shipped at an additional charge. All orders shipped through the Postal Service are subject to freight charges.
All shipments in excess of 70 lbs. are shipped via freight line (truck). Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to unload all merchandise from the rear of the truck (with the exception of Generac Generators and Delta Unisaws, for which we provide free liftgate service). If liftgate service is needed to lower merchandise to the ground, there is an additional charge. Please call for shipping charges on generators over 20 kw.
Orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day, as long as the items are in stock. Stock on an item can be verified by calling 1-800-338-3384. Next Day & Second Day Air Service is available and rates are based on the weight of the shipment. Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders.
Orders to be delivered outside of the United States or Canada or to a P.O. Box can only be placed over the phone at 1-800-338-3384 or faxed in at 954-792-3560.
You must call or email us for a freight quote. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees involved in importing merchandise. For mail orders, we accept most major credit cards as well as cashier's checks or money orders. Business and personal checks will be accepted as well, but will be held for 10 business days prior to the order being shipped.

Guaranteed Lowest Prices
What is your low price guarantee?
We will meet or beat any delivered price on any in stock tool nationally advertised by a competitive mail order company. Simply inform us as to who the competitor is, and their price. Does not include closeouts, backorders or discontinued items. After verification, we will happily meet their delivered price. Not applicable past thirty days of purchase date.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are having your order shipped to Florida, you will have to pay sales tax. If you are NOT in the state of Florida, there will be NO SALES TAX charged.

What if I'm not satisfied when I receive my order?
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in it's original unused condition for a full refund or replacement. New merchandise returned after the 30 day period shall be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If a tool is received damaged by UPS, call us immediately. If the shipment is from a trucking company, either refuse the shipment, or be sure to have the driver note the damage or shortage on the waybill before accepting it, then call customer service at 1-800-338-3384.

Return Policy for Generators and Transfer Switches:
Returned merchandise must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please call 1-800-338-3384 to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of receiving your generator. This RMA number must accompany your return.

All returned merchandise must be received by us in new and undamaged condition, in its original factory packaging, including all literature, instructions and original accessories.

Refunds are issued with a 25% restocking charge deducted, and minus actual shipping cost originally included in the selling price of the generator or transfer switch.

Returns are not accepted on damaged or used items, special orders or on incomplete units.
