The generator was packaged up nicely. I liked the thought process that went into the packaging and assembly of the wheels. It is nice to see an oil filter on the engine. The controls are in the perfect positions on the front panel. No searching for the choke lever like most other generators I've had. It starts up right away. It has lots of power and enough outlets. It handles any load that I apply to it without a problem. If it wasn't so loud I'd give it a 5 star rating. But.... you can't hear yourself think when it is running. They have the engine screaming at full throttle all the time. This is suppose to be a "professional series" generator. But if you work near it all day, you WILL have a headache at the end of the day. Too bad the Engineers at Generac didn't think about the people who have to work near this beast. Why not put a good muffler on it and some sound deadening material? At this point, I'm sorry I didn't buy a Honda.
